He was by far and way one of my most favorite people on the planet. Anyway, it was a “mistake” error, whatever, but after CAREFUL and thorough review it did not rise to the level of malpractice. Of course it happens. And it is tragic. But you are made aware of the risks, and 2% is just not that high. But when it happens to you or a loved one it is 100%.
