When my business partner and I started our business, we had to borrow money on three occasions to meet payroll while we developed our cash flow. But you HAVE to pay that back, with INTEREST! I think the problem was that no one wrote this out for him... he’s speaking off the cuff, no crib notes, no tele-prompter, not even off the backside of his eyelids, cause there’s nothing there, just a rabble rousing utter fool of a man full of himself... I used tho think Clinton made me mad and that there could be no one else in my lifetime that could make me feel as Clinton did... this guy is even worse...
