He was licensed and had no criminal record.

I couldn’t find the part in the 2nd amendment where it limits the quantities of arms you can possess.

Gregory D. Girard, 45, was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly storing approximately 20 weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. That's against the law???
Boy are a lot of us in trouble now.

Mr. Girard indicated he was preparing for Armageddon, which he felt was imminent, and
he felt martial law would soon be imposed, Obviously he was right.

“... There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one MAKES them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. ......just pass the the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted — and you create a nation of law-breakers — and then you cash in on guilt. Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”

The whole point of storing weapons is so that you can defend yourself when the gestapo come to seize your weapons.
Sounds like this guy was too soft for his own good.

four counts of possession of a dangerous weapon Isn't that the point of a gun...to be dangerous?
To: jessduntno
This is in Massachusetts? United States? What is illegal about possessing as many guns as you would like? The man had no criminal record.
WTH is going on with those people?
What is an infernal weapon? This is all out of control....the rest of us had better be stocking up.

In MA you have to be licensed (and your local police chief decides that matter for you. If he doesn't like you, or if he doesn't like guns, tough).
In addition, every gun has to be registered. I believe it's one year in jail if you have an unregistered gun.
And I think that even if you do all that right, and you completely follow the law, they can probably still take you in. Just because it's Massachusetts.

Small town outside of Gloucester MA...I lived there, in fact, in the 60’s...it was beautiful. It was also the scene of the Wreck of the Hesperus and The Hammond Castle...which was amazing...the lefties have it pretty well under control now...
