An infernal device is probably a copy of the Constitution.

“Boy are a lot of us in trouble now.”
Amen, brother. All American citizens are in very deep trouble whether they own weapons or not.
The EPA and IRS just bought stockpiles of weapons.
Martial law is a lot closer than people think but it won’t be imposed upon everyone at the same time.
They’ll implement it a little bit at a time over small portions of the population to prevent all-out revolution.

Sounds like it might be that way

Whooooeeee! Man, am I ever glad I escaped from Madsachusetts!!!
Good thing these nazis never checked out my home! I had a serious reloading setup and a 10-Meter range in my basement, and, at any given time, I probably had that many firearms outside of my big gun safe...
And, between us, my son and I had a pretty impressive collection of historic edged weapons and other military items.
Of course, I had a "All Lawful Purposes" MA LtCF, and I never caused anyone the least bit of a problem. Yet the MA Nazis apparently think they had the right and cause to hassle me like they did this fellow.

Theyll implement it a little bit at a time over small portions of the population to prevent all-out revolution. As they implement ALL of their freedom grabbing promotions, a little bit at a time so it doesn't hurt so much.

Gregory D. Girard, 45, was arrested Tuesday night for allegedly storing approximately 20 weapons and thousands of rounds of ammunition. LOL! This describes the average member of the gun clubs to which I belong. Gotta love them Lib reporters!

That’s what I first thought ... but ... it’s not. It’s MA.
I fail to see what “crime” there was. (And, as a prior poster said, the guy was right.)

Girard faces four counts of possession of an infernal device and four counts of possession of a dangerous weapon.Everyone knows that infernal devices are the proprietary software that keeps governments from having to answer pesky questions! It's right there under 'pesky questions' in the Dept. of Redundancy Dept.

When is the NRA and the Gun Owners of America going to announce the formation of a legal team to defend the outrage committed against this man?

Of course it’s dangerous, would be kind of pointless if it wasn’t.

They need to speak to the ATF and FBI about properly identifying and handling these people. If they are stockpiling weapons and ammunition then they are a Neo-Nazi racist who is endangering children and should be shot on sight. At the very least his family members should be shot on sight and his home burned to the ground.

“My mistake, its in Mass.”
I lived there once. The fire station burned down while I was there. A real hotbed of fringe types...avg age 50-60, avg. income 150k plus. Lefty central for the MA green pants crowd...I worked topping trees for a tree surgeon on some unbelievable estates.

And why was he arrested??? He sounded OK to me.
To: jessduntno
Remember that this is Massachusetts where mere possession of an empty brass cartridge case without the proper "papers" is a felony.
He was licensed and had no criminal record.
Obviously the JBTs in MA would prefer to hunt down and arrest those "types" than to have to deal with messy criminals...
