AND it needs to be cold enough HIGH enough to form SNOW rather than ICE.

(GW loons have been saying its the UPPER atmosphere that is heating from too much CO2).

I’m looking out my window in Fort Worth at a FOOT of SNOW. We always get ICE because that can form lower in the atmosphere. Nice change.

Wait a minute!!! I was born in Ft. Worth, (Carswell AFB) and by God, it doesn't snow that much in Ft. Worth!!!

BTW I saw picture from the Star Telegram showing a Model A or something DRIVING ACROSS THE TOTALLY FROZEN LAKE WORTH...think about that.
