Celebrity-dom is inherently vapid. Palin has long since crossed beyond that into rare ‘cultural icon’ status. Awesome power at that level.

You are very wrong. I went to see Sarah during the campaign and she was amazing. I stood in line for a very long time. I have her book. I will vote for her if she runs. I’m just sayin.... Who are you to determine someone’s motive?

No. Fred appeared in 24 movies from 1985 to 1994 before serving in the Senate. Fred played himself in his 1st movie and 5 of the 24 were made for TV flicks.
Served in the Senate December 2, 1994 – January 3, 2003. 1st Term was to replace Al Gore who became VP. Appeared as DA on Law and Order for years
Made 4 movies to be released in 2010.
