I have no problem is people want to argue that a warmer globe is more or less useful, but as you say, that's different than AGW. And it still leaves the question of what, if anything, mankind could do to effect a change to the global temperature...and if so what side effects go along with that.

You joke, but I have had those exact words said to me...precisely those words. Actually thinking, questioning and theorizing seem to be beyond the fast majority of liberals...at least the one's I've encountered. Perhaps there is some enclave of wise and intelligent liberals, but if so they make themselves pretty scarce.
