I think lone nuts can be terrorists. Maybe they need to have a category by individual terrorist or something because it is terrorism even if it isn’t TERRORISM in all caps.

I call’em Freelancers, myself...And it’s almost impossible to protect society from them the way it is possible to defend against an organized group....
