Among the many things members of the Øbama administration get flat out WRONG, the sickos that threaten America don’t watch Fox News, they watch MSNBC. This spew could very well be an Ølberman rant.

I don’t understand why he thinks it is the IRS’s fault he failed to report his wife’s income. How bizarre.....

I’m not sure you could fairly label this guy.

Sounds like a man who just couldn’t handle life, someone who had huge chips on both shoulders and was angry at everyone.

Not somebody you wanted as your next-door neighbor, for sure.

He is strongly against section 1706 in the 1986 tax law. This law makes it difficult to work as a contractor if you are in the technology field. I agree that this provision should be repealed. I do not understand why unhappiness about this tax law provision would cause a homicide-suicide act.

I actually read the entire thing. The man is nuts. He’s taken one from column A, one from column B, and two from column C to create his own little insane worldview, which culminated in double murder and a suicide.

To describe this as ideological one way or the other doesn’t seem right. I sense ideologies used in defense of inner turmoil and madness.

One would be ‘hasty’ in their judgement unless and until walking in this mans’, or any mans’, shoes. What you find problematic, someone else might find intolerable. Pity is; the man knew not what to do with the dispair.

He definitelly is not crazy about one detail; nothing will change unless FORCED to change.

the joke we call the American medical system, including the drug and insurance companies, are murdering tens of thousands of people a year...Yet, the political “representatives” (thieves, liars, and self-serving scumbags is far more accurate) have endless time to sit around for year after year and debate the state of the “terrible health care problem”.

So how did this guy get hold of Obama's teleprompter?

We know there is one fewer supporter of Obamacare in the world.

He was a coward, same as the 9-11 hijackers. You got a beef with IRS agents that is all that serious, you go down and take them out individually. Or go higher in the food chain. You don't burn down a building full of innocent people.

What a maroon!

Looking at the video of the place burning, looking like the WTC before those buildings collapsed, I don't see how it ended up with only two people taken to the hospital with non life threatening burns, and one "unaccounted for".

I don’t know what people expect from the government. That is the problem, that we expect government to be “on our side” and get severely disappointed when they turn out to be their own side against us.

Why are people still surprised?

The government said it predicts inflation at 16%??? You can bet it’ll be higher. What interest rate are you getting at the bank? 3%?? Your money in the bank is going to be worth less and less.

And then we’re told the banks are “hoarding” it. The banks know people are going to be taking their money out. It’s the whole point of what is going on.

It is not an accident.

They want you to take your money out of the bank and spend it, or give it to the government. What happens when nobody has money in the bank? Banks can’t loan, businesses can’t borrow and invest or expand. Jobs are not created.

Sure you spend on things made in China and China gets some new jobs.

The run on the banks this year will lead to higher “consumer spending” (or watch as the value of your dollars shrink). The government declares victory over the recession.

But when THAT bubble bursts, its all over but the crying. The fat lady will be crying because she’s not going to be able to afford a crust of bread.

This event is a gift to Obama and Janet “Big Sis” Napolitano. Remember Napolitano’s much-criticized Homeland Security paper claiming there was a big domestic terrorist threat from right-wing anti-government people, military vets, etc.?

Notwithstanding his left-wing political creed, this nutjob will be painted as an anti-government domestic terrorist.

The Obamaites have been praying (to their Marxist false god) for something like this to allow them to take the focus off of ROP terrorists and unleash government agencies against militias, right-wing military vets, tea partiers, etc.

The McVeigh bombing saved Clinton’s presidency. Of course, this is nowhere near as big an event, but it fits right in with the Left’s agenda that there is just as big a danger from domestic anti-government terrorism as there is from jihadis.

I don’t buy his sad, loser rant for this reason: A suicidal man who truly feels wronged can do a hell of a lot more damage to the people he claims are at the core of his problem than this guy got anywhere near doing. Hell, think about it for a minute.

I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn’t have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn’t notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.

This part doesn't make any sense.

If you don't file, and the IRS shows you had income (from 1099s) they will eventually file for you, using the income 1099s as a basis, and not including any deductions.

After this, you have 30 days to contest their filing. If you ignore this, they basically give you 90 days from that point to go before a tax court. You can still file at any time during this 90 day period, and they will then accept your filing and send you a bill, or contest exemptions and deductions.

To say that he had no right to due process doesn't match anything I have seen in any dealings with the IRS.

Joe Stack apparently suffered from a catastrophe of faith.

His faith in government collapsed. This paints him as a progressive.

A hard core statist who in the end discovered the fraud in statism.
