Arnold darling, that anger is what deposed Gray Davis and got you elected.
You are lucky you aren’t running again cause they’d be coming for you this time.
Unfortunately, it takes some politickin’ to get ahead in most businesses, even the military.
But Powell honed it to an art form.
Yea, all of us people that ate meat on a Friday are still doomed even though they changed the rules.
Rendell: “Representative Pence and the people at that convention, when they say no borrowing, no spending, no investment, they are writing a prescription form for this country to become a second rate power. The Governor (Schwarzeneggar) and I are going to fight that theory. We’ve got to invest. If we don’t what’s going to happen to American manufacturing?”
What a load.
LA Unified School District: $9-billion dollar budget, 700,000 students, 100,00 employess and the (among) the worst student test scores in the nation.
Yeah, just keep on doing what you’re doing, Arnold...

Statement from Walzs Congressional Office

Walz “Experts say more than 90 percent of the jobs created will be in the private sector.
Word is that McConnell presents this soft spoken facade but beware he is one tough guy with his ‘troops’.
Wallace started out dumping on General Haig yesterday morning but someone got him some FACTS and he changed his tune.
Evidently daddy dearest doesn’t like baby Wallace being fair and balanced.
Beck only came to court C-Pac because I posted a thread yesterday about my disillusion with him.
He’s just fighting back. I understand the speech was very popular but I don’t know what he said.
I missed half of what McConnell said. I zoned out.
Powell- we have to compromise just as our Founding fathers did. Cable TV, bloggers make it harder.
Obama makes a big campaign speech at the beginning of the 6 hour summit

I’d hope Republicans have reserved the right to address Obama on the same level, but I have a suspicion they are going to get lectured, even if they have valid points to make...
That posed deserves it’s own thread.

I just heard a most ridiculous Q&A from Gregory. Good grief!!
He told Pawlenty to give brief answers, and then a few questions later said:
You are an Evangelical Christian. Describe your relationship with God?
[I guess, in 25 words or less!]
Unfortunately you missed nothing. :0/
Tim Pawlenty hit the Gregory interview out of the park. The man has obviously been a busy bee and gotten his homework done. His speaking style has improved as well. His stock is rising.
I wonder if Powell would have had the same opinion prior to the Civil War and slavery? Would he have claimed Republicans were just the party of “no” in not supporting just a little bit of slavery?
