I thought Pawlenty did a great job. I was certainly impressed.

I heard he had RINO tendencies. Anybody know?

"I thought Pawlenty did a great job. I was certainly impressed."

I missed MTP, but Pawlenty had an idiotic joke at CPAC. Something about Tiger's wife and 9-iron. Politicians, but especially Republican politicians, should leave the comedy to the pros and focus on the substance. Jokes about violence against the government the day after a suicide attack, probably isn't very smart.

He was a supporter of Cap and Trade. If he hasn't disavowed that (given all of the revelations about how the numbers were faked) then I simply cannot support him.

Cap and Trade will destroy business in this country. I read the entire House bill when it was posted on line. I could do pages about all of the requirements, including cash for clunker refrigerators and home inspectors.

Anyone who thinks this is a good idea is a moron.

Yep, Socialism is still rampant as Pawlenty has governed Minnesota as a bench-warmer for Democrats. Minneapois is Moneyapolis to those who want great welfare benefits is what I’ve heard, and seen...

As far as FR goes, yeah he has/had "RINO tendencies." I rarely use the term because it is abused egregiously around here. Egregiously. So, no, he's not a "RINO" in my book. Not at all.
