He is perfectly willing to take us where the Statists want to go. He just want to be more clever about it.
The states, like VA and TX, are going at the constitutionality of EPA mandates on this. PEC is aiming for the very heart of this fiasco. Neither Zer0 nor the EPA can simply dismiss this with a flippant “...the science is setteled” pronouncement.....
