Short video of Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin telling Obama and Biden, "You're not listening to the people."

That guy rules.
Obama droned on with his endless lies for MORE TIME THAN ALL 17 REPUBLICANS COMBINED. All in all the Republicans got only half the time of the rats.
The only “listening” Obama did was to himself.

In other news, the Palin administration’s point man on the pursuit of Medicare fraud and waste, Treasury Secretary Paul Ryan, has reported to a Senate subcommittee the finding of another 75 billion dollars worth of savings that his office has rooted out. According to the Secretary, grand juries will be convened with indictments to follow.
In the two years of the Palin/Ryan effort the taxpayer has seen dramatic savings while enjoying more efficient and effective services government-wide, according to sources. Administration officials are optimistic that the next Palin budget will contain another round of tax rate reductions or the outright elimination of some taxes such as the so-called death tax. One unnamed source reportedly overheard Secretary Ryan proclaim that this really isn’t hard at all.
Ryan wears a JFK hair style. Anyway this was Ryans finest moment and he recited the numbers without a teleprompter.
ping to a great video of Paul Ryan of Wisconsin!
Extremely well spoken young man! He spoke on my behalf completely. Facts and figures were straight, respectful and BO was looking at him like he was a bug. This is one of the first times I’ve heard anyone say “we don’t need government health care” and “you’re not listening to the people”! BRAVO!!!
Definitely the smartest guy in the room. And, I might add, the guy with the best judgment and instincts.
Too bad he didn’t speak first and save the taxpayers time and money on this fiasco.
SET THEIR LOCAL AND DC LINES ON FIRE! Bambi doesn't keep his promises...so buyer beware.

Rename, repackage, rewrite it a tad smaller, and sell another pig in a poke.
Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011 NEEDS TO BE REPEALED)

TRI CARE FOR LIFE This from a google search:

This option would help reduce the costs of TFL, as well as costs for Medicare, by introducing minimum out-of pocket requirements for beneficiaries. Under this option, TFL would not cover any of the first $525 of an enrollees cost-sharing liabilities for calendar year 2011 and would limit coverage to 50 percent of the next $4,725 in Medicare cost sharing that the beneficiary incurred. (Because all further cost sharing would be covered by TFL, enrollees could not pay more than $2,888 in cost sharing in that year.)

Congress plans to block Tricare fee increases

By Rick Maze - Staff writer, Oct 7, 2009
Tricare fee increases imposed last week by the Defense Department will be repealed by a provision of the compromise 2010 defense authorization bill unveiled Wednesday by House and Senate negotiators.
Snip
The fee increases were announced on Sept. 30 and took effect on Oct. 1, but the defense bill, HR 2647, includes a provision barring any fee increases until the start of fiscal 2011.
Snip
Retired Army Maj. Gen. Bill Matz, president of the National Association for Uniformed Services, said the announcement of fee increases was shocking considering that the Obama administration promised earlier this year to hold off on any new fee Tricare fee increases until fiscal 2011.
President Obama and DoD assured NAUS and the entire military family earlier this year that there would rightly be no increases in any Tricare fees in fiscal 2010, Matz said. We took them at their word, and I cant believe that a co-pay increase like this was allowed to go forward, he added.
He sure is. Contrast him with Tom Harkin-D who went off on some ridiculous screed about we, who like our healthcare, are racists.
Or Louise Slaughter-D who entertained us about some woman who purloined her dead sisters chompers while accusing we, wno like our healthcare, as mean and uncaring. Of course, she was never asked what dental had to do with healthcare.
Or Harry Reid-D azzhole who proved he was a petty little puke who has friends with horrible problems who cannot be found anywhere, except maybe in Mexico after the untaxed job ended.
Best yet, the POTUS, who confirmed to all, that he is a bloviating narcissist smartass Marxist with fat kids(’chelles opinion, not mine) and a big mouth wife.
What a line up of losers.
The republicans looked like adults and came prepared. It was easy to tell where the brains were at.
Very good, Gail - thank you for all the information!
I LOVE IT!!!! Your Post #6 ROCKS.
It's a shame what our government does to our Military whether they are active duty or retired. Our seniors are next on 0 list.
