Newsbusters ^ | 02/28/10 | Anthony Kang

At last there appears to be a president worse than Jimmy Carter - at least according to conservative talk show host Mark Levin.

That was the question host Don Imus asked Levin on the Fox Business Network's "Imus in the Morning." "So the President Obama, worse than Jimmy Carter?"

I was alive during carter- let’s see there was ‘national malaise’, gas lines, 18% mortgage interest rates, hostages in Iran, dead american soldiers in he failed ‘rescue’ attempt, Billy Beer, and what am I missing?

Everyone was 'instructed' to turn down their heat and wear a sweater in the house.

Perhaps he isn’t welcome any more now he’s no longer The One and has become The One Who Won’t Shut Up.

At least Carter grew up in the U.S., graduated from the Naval Academy, and served in the military.

Our president grew up in Indonesia.

SHE NEVER MENTIONED THAT HE WAS TOLD TO MODERATE HIS DRINKING.

That's not what the report said. The report said, “Continue smoking cessation efforts, a daily exercise program, healthy diet, moderation in alcohol intake, periodic dental care, and remain up-to-date with recommended immunizations.”

That's not telling him to "moderate his drinking." Sorry to disappoint.

A free concert in the Tiegarten featuring this guy would probably draw more spectators than an Obama speech these days.

Ditto. Someone needs to come up with such strong evidence about his lack of presidential eligibility that it cannot be denied by anyone.

.........diet, moderation in alcohol intake,

Why would his physician recommend moderation in his alcohol imbibition if he already exhibited moderation in alcohol intake? It seems clear he is drinking excessively if this report is to be believed. The doctor surely would not recommend moderation in tobacco useage if Obama had already stopped. The implication is clear.

nobama should tell these doctors to let him alone or he’ll nationalize health care. I hope he drinks as much as he wants all the time. Also, I hope he smokes like a chimney. What a great President he is and what a genius.

Just a thought: maybe Obama is on the terrorist watch list and not allowed to board “Airforce One”.

I’m sorry, I mis-typed. Instead of “genius”, I meant moron or loser.

dead american soldiers in he failed ‘rescue’ attempt

Pardon me, but I believe President Jimmy called that "an incomplete success," not a "failed rescue."

However, I agree with Levin. Oboozer is worse.

There was a sentiment foster greatly by the press, that the Presidency had grown beyond the ability of one man. We needed TWO presidents. One domestic, and one for foreign affairs.

No such talk again, once the Peanut was out. And yet libs think he was great, kind, good, and competent. I talk to them to this day, and they will NOT admit to what he was.

Why would his physician recommend moderation in his alcohol imbibition if he already exhibited moderation in alcohol intake?

The same reason he would recommend dental checkups, staying up-to-date on vaccinations, and getting regular exercise -- because it's boilerplate good advice.

Except for the smoking part my doctor recently told me pretty much the same things, even though I already do them.

There's enough that's really bad about Obama's presidency. People shouldn't make fools out of themselves by making new things up.
