I think they know full well it will weaken the military. Social engineering and their anti-Christian agenda is more important to the left than your country.
Gay men in the military is not smart - openly gay or not.
Men attracted to men who are not gay, and armed, is just a really bad idea.

It's this very kind of thing that has so many of us objecting, it does not allow for good order and discipline, and it's not fair for men with a serious mission to accomplish to have to deal with something like that as well. Women in the military, the reason they had separate quarters (well, used to anyway), separate facilities, it was to keep the hetero-version of this situation from occurring.
Common sense is at odds with political correctness and guess who/what suffers the most because PC wins?
I totally agree with that. My hubby served in the Navy for 22 years.
