"Procedurally green-lighted" was what I said. It appears you are saying the same thing.
by definition, procedurally green-lighted means there was no philosophical/ideological underpinning and any jurist worth his salt is going to follow the law, as procedural issues are pretty cut and dried. it’s insanity to eke out some insinuation that he’s gay based on a procedural ruling.
