Patrick Bedell" who almost approximately 36, (born 1974) (extrapolating this from his years of entry into 2 separate California universities) from California who is a geek/nerd and also has a propensity for conspiracy theory books based on Amazon.com order, much of it considering anti-George Bush, 9/11 commission type stuff, etc, through a combination of sleuthing and internet sites....

the nutjob was trying to get into the DIA or similar agency and failed to pass clearance because he is a 9/11 conspiracy nut, and he went to the Pentagon to get revenge against someone in particular whom he felt was responsible.
