Yep, but now they can find a democrat that will support their HC bill of course it is bad PR for NY that seems to appoint all their politicians. The number's are just astounding.

Not from what I'm reading on the ground up here in NY. Gov can call for a special election, but not obligated. Even if one is held, that person would have to run again in November. Massa was/is in a clearly red(GOP) district.
And Patterson knowing the heat on him is coming from DC, why should he do The Usurper any favors?
My call: The Speaker just lost a vote.
