He says criticism is ok, slander is not if I understand him and I think I do. Everybody hates lawyers until they need one. If we ever say that those accused of wrongdoing by the government cant have a lawyer, them our freedom is gone. It could happen to anyone here and, believe me, you will be screaming for a lawyer to protect you from the government!
