I have a question. Why did he leave now? Why not wait until the vote. I think I’d be so mad at the WH that I would hang in the until the bill was voted for just to pi## the WH off. But that’s just me...Something is fishy here.

That's a good point, and I'm not sure I buy the "skeletons in the closet" counter argument.

Someone as royally hardballed as he was, no pun intended of course, I would think would probably have nothing to loose at this point. Revenge is a dish best served, period. ;) At least for some.

The only possibly I can see is perhaps there is something illegal they still have over him. Only thing that seems to make sense. Disclaimer: It is rather late for me right now to be online; I may simply be over-politicized. hehe
