They already have the I-9 form. That’s too intrusive, but it stops short of a national ID card.

This plan doesn’t have a chance at going forward - it sets the stage for monitors at voting precincts to require the voter to produce an honest ID card. Democrats will scuttle this for sure.

Hmmm, is this wunnerful idea supposed to keep those people from over the border from tekkin’ our jobs? Or is it just another way to make it harder for anyone to work anywhere, in the tradition of mandatory drug testing, minimum wage laws, unionization, etc. Wonderful world we live in.
