Maybe not a call for an assault, but clearly threatening nonetheless.

The first paragraph describes that pretty much the toughest folks in the world (patriots constitutionalists and marines) are subject to persuasion through enlightened self interest. So certainly a weenie judge is also subject to this type of persuasion.

The second paragraph outlines the type of persuasion the author thinks might kick in that sense of enlightened self interest for the judge in question(seeing pix of your kids juxtaposed with pix of the murdered and mutilated). The phrase ‘yeah, that should do it’ is exactly referring to the kicking in of enlightened self interest.

So, no direct call for violence. But well beyond stupid rude and vulgar. It crossed that line by including the judge’s kids.
