I haven’t seen the list of other states, but $20 says Michigan, Great Lakes and not-so-great lazy libtard state ISN’T one of them. Governor Granwhore practically got down on her knees and begged for extra stimulus. Hell, a mob of Detroit idiots gathered at Cobo Hall a few months back demanding stimulus handouts that didn’t exist.
