Please post your on scene reports, photos, videos, Tweets and news reports here about today's Code Red Kill the Bill rally and storm the Hill day being held at the Capitol today.
“FOX is showing some real short images of TEA Party members, not much though, Im hoping someone gets out some pics all across the web because the MSM will probably ignore this again.”
There are many, many local and state rallies also - try to get to one of those!
http://teapartywa.org/ - Olympia, WA today at 4pm!
Michelle Malkin has posted fresh editorials from left-wing newspapers like the Seattle Times and Akron Beacon-Journal, urging the Democrats to change course and drop Obamacare.
Smelling another thirty years in the wilderness, methinks
(if not permanent extinction)
This time we fight domestic tyranny.
Wish I could be there, but I need money now to help in earnest later.
No can get to any rally, rural Alaska here, and I’m not feeling like being a one man protester at a stoplight.
Don’t think Alaska is part of our problem. Certainly Wa State is...in any case, all the best in carrying on the fight for our nation in other ways!
Fox news just showed Rep. Steve King speaking. They almost broadcast a complete sentence spoken by him.
Please ask them which religions are covered in the religious exemption mentioned in Section 1402(g)(1) and what provisions people practicing such religions are exempt from. Health Care? Education?
Specfically.
Thank you.
I pray to God that these people deciding on these issues are bound by You personally, God, bound on Earth and in Heaven, to uphold the Constitution of the United States and act with honor and integrity. I beseech You, O, God, to thwart all backroom deals and knavery, all bribery and witchcraft; may You stop this immediately, so that their evil is not present.
I call upon the Lord Jesus Christ to chasten these men and women, and to remind them personally of what this country means to the world. I call upon Michael and Gabriel to stand against those evil people who frequent the Halls of Congress. Lastly, I ask intercession of angelic hosts, and the souls, both living and dead, to prevail against the satanism of lies and deception rife throughout DC. Smite through it. Show the liars to us all, on TV, with the truth willing out unawares.
I humbly beseech, Thee, O, Lord, to Bless America. There are those of us here who love her so very, very tenderly.
In the Holy Name of Christ Jesus, and with the faith of a mustard seed, I, a sinner, ask this O, Lord.
Amen
Hey I’m glad you replied sociably, I was beginning to think FR was too full of snarky liberal trolls lately.
While Alaska by and large is a safe conservative refuge we do have this area called “Anchorage” thats a liberal Sodom and Gomorrah, almost nothing escapes the liberal mantra in that village.
May we all have the willpower to show our strengths in numbers to Washington DC, and to our elected officials, the ones that are supposed to be working FOR the people.
Here's one:
Rep. Joe Wilson speaking to tea party rally, ppl yelling 'thank you'
LOL, that was going to be my question.
But the “I would love to see...” part answered it for me.
saw a piece of this in the gym....what’d the crowd look like??
Amen.
Thank you.
I've got the cam up at 3rd St., NW and Constitution - as of 11:05 EDST, all is normal...in fact, a little less than normal.
Michele Bachmann (R-MN) rallied the small tea party-style crowd outside the Capitol this morning by promising them that conservatives will stop the Democrats' efforts to pass health care reform in the final week of debate.
"It's the bottom of the 9th, and we've won every inning so far," she said. "All we have to do is keep it up through Saturday."
Bachmann promised that tea party opponents of reform will stay on Capitol Hill this week, saying that if they do they'll put and end to the process before it begins. "They want you to think you've won this," she said. "But they've got another thing coming."
SNIP
Cool. Glad to see folks turning out for this.
