On the one hand, I have no sympathy. In the private sector I have had to work 100+ hour weeks. No fun. On the other hand, I think the CBO should resort to 40 hour weeks for its workers. This would slow down the march to socialism and hopefully bring congress to a grinding halt for a while.
Know your bottlenecks.
