It takes a 2/3 vote in both the House and Senate to override the President. And that won’t be anytime soon.

I don’t think the GOP has ever had 2/3 majority, except maybe during the Civil War.

But it only takes a simple majority in the house to impeach a president. It then takes 60 votes in the senate I believe to remove him from office.

You are right. I was using 3/4 even though I knew it was 2/3rds. Very few bills vetoed ever get overturned. Just dreaming about handcuffing Obama for 2 years.
So the numbers to override a veto would be Senate 67, House 288.
