Here’s one thought, for the “We’ll never repeal it” crowd.

We don’t need to legislatively repeal it.

Republicans will control the House in 10 months. And the House can simply refuse to fund any aspect of ObamaCare - the Death Panels (comparative effectiveness” panels), any IRS activity to collect fines for not participating, etc.

Just de-fund.

The Dems didn’t have the courage of their conviction when it came to defunding the Iraq war; but Republicans should when it comes to ObamaCare.

States should stop sending $ to federal govt, but they will not do that and I am sick of people talking about earmarks. It is the UNFUNDED MANDATES that are killing us.

As for defunding...

Some judge will deem “defunding” as a bill of attainder, and presto, funding must continue...EXACTLY the approach undertaken with ACORN to ensure they’re still on the taxpayer teat.
