No. Paul does not say that they "aren't of israel, in the spiritual Christian sense"; rather, Paul says that they are not Israel according to God:

And I don’t think anyone disagrees with you about Jews who are and will be Christ deniers and how God sees them. Paul said did he not that the Jews were “given over to blindness” so that they would not come to the truth and that the truth was sent to the gentiles so that the Jews would be “in envy” of them? Paul also said that veil would be lifted en mass someday so that great many remaining Jews would come to know Christ. The OT says that as well,Ezekiel 39:25....!
