When I called last week his office was so rude it was clear how he was voting even though he claimed he hadn't decided.
Supposedly, Rep. Diana DeGette, the leader of the pro-choice caucus in the House, has signed off on the proposed Executive Order. If shes OK with it, then Stupak probably isnt, meaning that its design is to peel a few of his group off. At this point, we have 206 NO votes that are absolutely rock solid. Of the eleven non-Stupak undecided members, I think we get Nye, Boucher, Pomeroy, and Davis. If we could do that, we would still win with six votes from the Stupak group. Though I am no longer confidently predicting the defeat of the bill, it isnt over by a long shot
