it can likely be taken down piecemeal....courts striking down parts of it, GOP majorities starving other parts of it from funding, tax revolts against taxes to fund it, etc.
Maybe not repeal but 85% neutering. (Odds are eventually you would have gotten a Republican bill dealing with pre-existing conditions, etc.)

One good thing about the bill is the taxes and penalties start right away but the benefits don’t start until 2114.
It could be repealed in 2112 if Chairman O is defeated.

There is NO law that can’t be repealed. And when I say that I have in mind any number of laws and associated bureaucracies that have ossified far more than this one will have in the next two or three years.

Trouble is that the Dems will retake power at some point and use the remaining 15% to build on. The whole thing must go piecmeal or otherwise - 100%.

The only real solution is to ensure that Dems never win another election - for decades at the minimum. But then the Republicans will, at some point, suffer an attempt to be taken over by rinos.

What does that leave? Eternal vigilance I suppose - never allowing any one forget what the principles and modus operandi of socialist are - and learn to play chess - to think beyond today and many moves down the road.

my 2 cents

The Republicans don’t want to. They are part of the government, so they are just fine with it. It’s just an issue to run on.
