It will take FOUR YEARS for this to reach the Supreme Court... not gonna happen, once the benefits start flowing. Exactly. And these people put down libbies for hope and change yet they keep clinging to the "hope" that it will be repealed and "hope" that we will sweep the elections in November. Hope has failed and it is time to get real action going and it starts with civil disobedience such as strikes and shutting down the economic infrastructure.

No it does not take 4 years to reach SCOTUS. I love the way Freepers who know the least about any given topic are always so arrogantly certain they know everything.
Conservatives can simply do what the Leftists did on Partial Birth Abortion. Shop for a friendly judge and get them to issue an injunction preventing any part of this bill from being implemented until the court challenge is settled.
