I think it’s 3.8% on all non-earned income (capital gains, rents, interested, etc) for incomes greater than $200,000/$250,000 (Single/Married).
I’m not sure how this interacts with the existing home gain roll over exemptions, but I suspect those exemptions would still apply. Thus, only if it’s a non-exempt capital gain and your income exceeds the threshold would the additional 3.8% be applied.
But who knows.

Cause their treason to be known and labeled as treason.
Cause their demon manipulators to be known as demonic.
Cause their murder of the USA to be known as murder of the USA.
Cause their offspring to loathe and reject them as intolerable to be around.
Cause their offspring to all become rabid conservative patriotic true Americans.
Cause them to fear walking down the street.
Cause them to fear falling asleep at night.
Cause them to fear medical treatment.
Cause them to fear the safety of their food.
Cause them to frear the safety of their clothing.
Cause them to hallucinate laughter in every room, around every corner, in every gathering, in every relationship.

I am sure that Chris Matthews still thinks he is "The One" and Louis Farrakhan still believes he is the Muslim "Messiah," but the rest of us see him as a bumbling incompetento. Considering the staggering heights of his narcissism, Obama, too, thinks he is the "Chosen One" (if I had to speculate).
As I said in my initial post, if Obama is the AntiChrist (and no one, including myself, knows for sure at this point), there will be a time of unveiling in which he is incarnated by Satan.
