Hard to believe there’d be much evidence after he shot a Chihuahua with a shotgun.
I don't know...a .410 is pretty appropriate for squirrel and rabbit sized game...ought to be about right for a Chihuaha...not that I'm condoning what he did, mind you, but even if his intent was criminal, I wouldn't fault his choice of weapon.
