DETROIT (AP) - Federal authorities had been monitoring members of a Michigan-based Christian militia for some time but were forced to "take them down" over the weekend after learning of an imminent threat against police, the U.S. attorney leading the prosecution said Tuesday.
Barbara McQuade's comments came three days after eight members of a small group of "Christian warriors" were arrested in several Midwestern states and a day after the FBI nabbed a ninth suspect, Joshua Stone, following a standoff at a trailer in rural Michigan.

They weren’t and aren’t Christian. It’s a cover they used to try to recruit, and it’s bunk the MSM is promoting.
All the muslim training centers in the country however are still active and progressing in their training of jihadis.
“We aren’t planning to go after any of the muslim jihadis” the officer said. “Those guys are crazy. They’ll kill you or die trying. You don’t want to mess with them. I’ll pay the jizya before I raid their compounds. Probably rigged with explosives anyway.”

I heard a story say the leader was a muslim. Thought that was pretty interesting.
Meanwhile, the virus of Islam grows exponentially.
Time will tell what this is truely about.
Low hanging fruit.
Thank you for saying that. Keep saying it, louder and LOUDER.
Someone post the photo of the Black Panther’s with their baseball bats in Philadelphia on election day. For some strange reason, Obama and Holder have no interest in prosecuting those guys. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm strange indeed!!!
That’s social justice, man. Nothing to investigate there. /sarc
If (and it’s still an if for me) what the Feds are saying is true then they needed to be taken down.
I just wonder how many other militia groups are being monitored without any probable cause at all, I’m betting most of them now.
This painting of these bad actors as “Christian Militia” is deliberate on the part of the feds.
It legitimizes their “next steps”.
I’m afraid you may be right. I’m just wondering how much farther we can all be pushed.
From my previous post on another thread today:
Little real news came out yesterday on this, but this quote caught my eye. I smell a really stupid action by the Feds.

“This is an example of radical and extremist fringe groups which can be found throughout our society,” said Andrew Arena, FBI special agent in charge.
“The FBI takes such extremist groups seriously, especially those who would target innocent citizens and the law enforcement officers who protect the citizens of the United States.”

“Just ask Andrew G. Arena. The new FBI Special Agent in Charge in the heart of Islamic AmericaMichigangot his new job that way. One of his closest associates told Detroit Newsistan fabricator David Shepardson:
Alhamdillullah, Abu Arena Has Made the Hajj to D-Mecca
He knows all the aspects of the community, noting his outreach with the Muslim community in Detroit and New York.
Yup, thats the community to the FBI. Not you Infidels. Just the extremist Muslims who support terrorist groups like Hezbollah and HAMAS.
And, oh yeah, Arena is a Lions and Tigers fan, too, which everyone knows makes you a great law enforcement honcho. Right?
Alhamdillullah (praise Allah), Andrew Arena is here. Whats that brown

Yeah sure! The feds also told us Pastor Koresh had a meth lab in his church. Lets see some PROOF.
Now it's true that there are some hardcore believers of one sect or another who don't agree with this rule. There are people (including some here at FR) who will never agree that various sects are really Chrisitans. (The Mormons seem to be their biggest target.) But again, these views are not mainstream, and are considered "impolite". Here at FR, for instance, the Mormons are given the opportunity to have their own private threads because the management doesn't approve of a handful of anti-Mormons harassing them endlessly. Given these realities, I say they are Christian, because they say they are. PS: All religions try to exclude their bad-guys from memebership after-the-fact.
Sort of like Islam and jihads...
It will be interesting to see what real crimes these folks committed or if this is a case of thought police gone crazy.
I’m still waiting for the Feds to raid Islamic “cultural centers” and mosques who funnel money to terrorist groups in the Middle East.
