Never even implied that the children of servicemen born abroad are not citizens. Of course they are.

I have received countless emails from people just like yourself, that gave me that information.

Several sent me their documentation, which unfortunately I did not retain. However, I have seen with my own eyes the description of their “dual” status.

Now, there may be some distinctions, between being born on or off an American base.
