Never happen. Obama does not, and never did, fulfill the requirements for the presidency specified in the Constitution of the United States.
That no one in a position of political responsibility seems to care about his eligibility - especially in light of his obvious incompetence, his socialism, his clear hostility to America and its traditions, and the irreversible damage he is doing the nation - will be considered by history as one of the great failings of our era.
