That would only be the case if the orders were legitimate.
His whole case is that all orders from 0bama are not.
He doesn’t really have a choice in the matter. Soldiers aren’t supposed to question the politics, he was elected by a majority of the American people and sworn in. Unless Obama is ordering him to burn down villages and murder women and children in cold blood he is bound to follow orders.
