Read the story behind this case. What this young lady was subjected to would result in prosecution if it took place in a workplace or any other setting.

Any setting except a school, that is. In that environment apparently a far higher standard of proof is demanded.

see my post to Jerry 557. I am not trying to minimize the evil of bullying. I am just thinking this type is not very quantifiable and could lead to big abuses.

Look, the teachers and may be the administrators are members of the union. The union supports the Democrat party. The Democrat party says minorities are protected and only minorities can be victims. The deceased is an immigrant, not a protected minority. Therefore, she is not a victim. The union members will not be punished.
