I was surprised he was only @ -8 the other day, it was supposedly the best since September; Rasmussen also had Right Track/ Wrong Track up by 9 % since Obamacare. It was discouraging, but this looks better for sure. if they go positive on jobs report today, Obama gets a bounce for sure.

That is easily explainable- a bunch of libs moved from approve to strongly approve, so the Ras index was affected accordingly. it’s not like he got new supporters.
