yep I agree, this was intentional and they don;t want Larkin’s case spreading.

Larkin has them worried now. I think he is actually the first one who has the credentials to get something done, especially if they court martial him as is being said.

Wouldn’t that give him standing if they proceeded with this?

Anyone from the legal profession care to chime in on the “standing” issue of all this?

The plaintiff officer's surname is LAKIN, not Larkin. Important to get it right, because he will (hopefully) go down as one of the great military men in American history.
