Automatic hate crime. If this happens to white guy....just another dead dude. But gotta give the edge in court here to the black assailants because they are the more aggrieved minority. Higher on the “victim status” pecking order. Asians...not so much.

Hate crime?? Certainly, but it isnt PC to charge blacks with hate crimes.
Racism exists in the white community certainly, but blacks can walk in white community’s immune to beatings and theft, while whites are unsafe in black communities.
Some whites may be racist but few are dangerously so. this is not true in the black community as is proven every day in the stories that come in from around the country.
I wonder, Do people still have trouble understanding why whites move from neighborhoods when blacks start moving in.
