Someone PLEASE enlighten me... how is it that the ancient Sheets Byrd is still able to vote at all? Last I heard he was very sick. Do they wheel him into the Senate chamber and let some staffer raise his comatose hand from time to time when Communist Central needs a vote? Maybe he's given up the ghost but they just bring his hand into the senate and waive it around when its voting time?

Sheets isn’t going to be around much longer, me thinks, and I pray that WV FINALLY votes pub. Maybe the people of WV can connect the dots between mining, cap ‘n tax, and no jobs.
