I hope Congress and the Obama Administration will use the Arizona legislation not as an excuse to try and jam through amnesty legislation, but to finally act on border states’ requests for help with security and fix the things about our immigration system that can be fixed right now – securing the border, reforming the visa and entry process, and cracking down on employers who exploit illegal immigrants.

Seems like political Political Doublespeak to me...and that is what Rush has been railing about during the last hour on his show...I think Rush has (had) a lot of faith in Rubio, and he got this sorry a$$ talking out of both sides of his mouth, statement from Rubio....Rush did not sound happy to me on my radio......

Exactly - for everyone who is screaming that Rubio came about for illegals, or he didn’t read the Arizona bill or somehow is pro-illegal immigration missed exactly what he was saying. This administration WILL try to use the bill as a means to pass their pro-illegal immigrant amnesty boondoggle.
Rubio understands this for what it is and clearly said so.
