SNIPPET: "CLARKSTON, Wash. -- The family of a missing Clarkston woman says Rachel Anderson, 40, was stalked for weeks by an unknown caller to her cell phone.

Clarkston Police believe Anderson's disappearance is suspicious."

SNIPPET: "The last time anyone saw her was the evening of Friday, April 16. Detectives traveled to Moscow, Idaho and searched a building where Anderson was last seen.

Detectives were in touch with Anderson well before she disappeared because she had filed several harassment complaints with police.

Her family says for months someone was texting her strange messages, calling her, and then hanging up. They fear who ever was harassing her, kidnapped her."

SNIPPET: "Anderson's white, 1997 GMC Yukon was found last week at a bus stop behind the Dyna gas station in North Lewiston. Police found her phone over the weekend, but there has been no sign of her since."

Very strange. Most people that are stalked have an idea of who it is, such as an ex-boyfriend, co-worker that won’t take no for an answer, etc. To not have a clue who was doing it must have been both maddening and scary.

Is she married? Was she divorced or separated? Who is the father of her young sons? There is no mention at all of a man in her life.

Anderson, who is in the process of getting a divorce, lives with her two sons, ages 11 and 6. She also has four grandchildren, ranging in age from 16 months to 5 years old.

I hope she is found soon...It would be wonderful if she were found safe and unharmed. But to be blunt, the odds of that happening are minute. I can imagine no good scenario in which she's OK, but has not contacted her children. So I will content myself with the hope that her body is recovered and whoever is responsible for her disappearance is caught and convicted.

And if the husband she was in the process of divorcing is not linked to her disappearance , I will be astonished.

Actually, the quote was from a different article...I was interested myself in that question, so I googled the missing woman , and in one of the articles I pulled up, it mentioned her upcoming divorce.
