Pro-Abortion Women: We Need Men to Save the Pro-Choice Movement

Washington, DC -- Newsweek recently interviewed the president of NARAL about its research showing the next two generation of Americans are more pro-life than the ones before them. In a follow-up to the article, Newsweek interviewed several different young pro-abortion activists.

All the loud empty rhetoric we hear is from a dying movement.

I agree. This is a very exciting time to be a conservative.

You forgot several important points.

And providing the woman agrees to the marriage.

And Men can’t make the right choice alone as they have no say whatsoever if a woman wants an abortion.

It is not always the ugly males who is responsible for the killing of the innocent, and it troubles me to see people address the issue as if men are driving this.

“Some men are.” Many others are people capable and willing to step up.

“Women need men like a fish needs a bicycle.” Seems that Gloria Steinem may have been wrong.

Shame the men. Yup, they should join in record numbers.

I should hope not. If I were a man, I would run screaming.

Pro-lifers were supposed to be woman-hating oppressors. So why would they need men to save the pro-abortion movement?

“It is my belief that the “left” has peaked, it is too early to tell when that occured but it has.

All the loud empty rhetoric we hear is from a dying movement.”

I am inclined to agree with you, but I won’t be surprised should they make an effort to really escalate the violence before they collapse.

Their abject failures in New Jersey and Massachusetts are the most encouraging signs to me.

It’s true here in Oregon. I hate to say this but it’s the Republican women who have the power on this issue.

Remember Rush’s comments on the NE Republican men, and their views on abortion? It’s not that they cared one way or the other about it...they were getting grief from thier wives about the abortion issue.

However now, with advances in technology and women being able to see their babies way before they are born, the pro-aborts need men to further thier cause because women are waking up.

I hope this makes sense to you. ;o)
