What is special about Canada. No nation-state can withstand institutionalized multiculturalism.

Multiculturalism is a foolish attempt by the misinformed to make themselves appear normal. What a bunch of balkanized losers.

Try Vancouver. Head to downtown at lunchtime, and it’s like L.A., you will almost never see a white person. Come night-time, the streets are packed with them. Toronto is already done for. They’re starting to look like Detroit..

Somewhere along the line we took not discriminating people on this basis of skin color, to mean not discriminating people because of their culture and values.

Multiculturalism fails Canada
I guess Multiculturalism has failed (and is failing every
country) There is a reason why countries are different.
And flooding all of them with the left wing muliticulty crap
has never done anything good.
Yes we all “love you”. So if iám nice to you, you will be nice to me too.
The only problem is most of this people don´t love us the same way. But then again this is hardly news.
“our” politicians commited suicide of nations years ago.
Do they care? NO. Again we all love each other.
This is why there are no problems /s

Stick to cultural values. Don’t bring skin color into this issue. Or are a disrupter from DU?

America isn’t the only country where multi-culturalism fails.

This isn't a very good article, it's paraphrasing of Dosanjh's article leaves a very incorrect impression on who he is and what he stands for.
For comparison, here's a link to his original article
link
The SUN article says "Dosanjh contended minority communities immigrants of non-European origin threaten the social fabric of Canada by an obsession with injustices in their homelands in the recent or distant past."
While his actual words were:
"Today, our society's cohesion is threatened by some members of many minority communities obsessively focused on injustices in their "homelands" in the recent or distant past. Too much emphasis is placed on the differences that keep us apart from each other, even those that took place in the ancient past, elsewhere in the world. There is diminishing emphasis on commonalities and values that bind us."
One of the obvious operative words there is 'some' members. Dosanjh's article also give specific examples and exactly why he believes what he's writing.

Yeah skin color doesn't matter in the US except for affirmative action, ninority business set asides, the Black and Hispanic and Asian caucuses in Congress, the Census Bureau using race and ethinicity to count people including the category non-Hispanic whites, admission to colleges, employment, etc.
Multiculturalism and diversity are destroying this country as well as Canada. The U.S. adds one international migrant (net) every 34 seconds. Immigrants account for one in 8 U.S. residents, the highest level in more than 80 years. In 1970 it was one in 21; in 1980 it was one in 16; and in 1990 it was one in 13. In a decade, it will be one in 7, the highest it has been in our history. And by 2050, one in 5 residents of the U.S. will be foreign-born. Currently, 1.6 million legal and illegal immigrants settle in the country each year; 350,000 immigrants leave each year, resulting in net immigration of 1.25 million. Since 1970, the U.S. population has increased from 203 million to 309 million, i.e., over 100 million. In the next 40 years, the population will increase by 130 million. Three-quarters of the increase in our population since 1970 and the projected increase will be the result of immigration.

America isnt the only country where multi-culturalism fails.
True! But do i feel better because of that?
I guess not. Parts of my city have been transformed into aereas which have nothing to do with the country i have been grown up. OK i admit you usually don´t visit those areas voluntary but they are still part of my town.
