i think it’s safe to say the bamster didn’t declare himself as American but foreign to get the financial aid he needed to go to Occidental.
After Stanley Ann sent him back to HI i believe there was some sort of agreement w/her parents that they pay the Punahou tuition and Grammy & Gramps wrote the checks to pay for it and that after the bamster graduated it was his responbility (along with his mother’s help for documentation as to what his student status was)to put the wheels in motion for financial aid to attend Occidental-no more school and basic housing needs/shelter from Toot or Gramps.
It’s very much in the realm of possibility that his grade school records from the Fransikus Academy show him a minority or muslim and this was also used to catapult him into Punahou.Upon graduation those records were forwarded to Occidental and that’s how he attended.
