They have blamed the Germans, GS, the Turks, the banks, the Americans and everyone else but themselves. But the party is over either way, 30 years of free money are over.

I think the Greeks should strike until the world gives them trillions of dollars to stop.

Which will never happen.

I hate unions.

"We will continue our struggle. We will meet tomorrow morning to announce a strike for early next week,"

In other words "We will swirl around the bowl a few more times before we get flushed into the sewer".

What "struggle"... you pathetic spoiled piece of modern Euro-s***? You and your socialist coherts in the leisure class have never struggled in your entire lives. You have no idea what a struggle is a- you've been leeching off of others for a generation now.

Three dead? Once they start killing and firebombing, they become a danger to the innocent and need to be dealt with in an EXTREMELY harsh manner - like being shot through the melon on sight.

“In Marxist theory, the Communist Party represented the interests of productive workers, the value of whose labor is expropriated by others. That was wrong, but at least it had a certain coherence.

Greek Communists (and more generally, 21st century socialists) stand for something quite different: the “right” to be supported by the labor of others (in the Greek case, Germans); the “right” to be a sponge, forever; the “right” to be an exploiter. It would be hard to think of a less attractive political program.”

Does these striking public service workers still get paid when they walk out? I would not be surprised if they do.

The Greek unions should just keep striking until things get better.
