Under the Constitution, the military doesn’t get to decide who is or is not a valid Commander-in-Chief. Folks who read about NBC ought to also read about the Founder’s fears of a standing army, and military interference with the government.

The military trusts the states, voters, Electoral College, Congress and Supreme Court. It will not and MUST NOT try to decide for itself who is an acceptable President!

Anybody who expects to win a lawsuit needs to have the money to appeal up the chain until it gets out of the hands of a Hawaii judge. I’m sure that wouldn’t be cheap - although the thought of Hawaii having to pay the legal costs incurred in someone actually getting what is legally due them from Hawaii would be sweet, sweet victory. lol. If Hawaii wants to fart in our direction they will have to pay the costs for us taking it to somebody who DOESN’T fart in our general direction.

Ah, I’m sure Obama’s bribe money would more than pay for it anyway, but the thought of somebody actually having to pay some consequence for screwing us is a lovely fantasy.

How, exactly, are military officers supposed to protect the Constitution from domestic enemies?

Give me a scenario where a military officer, without orders from somebody else to use as justification, would protect the Constitution from domestic enemies. Any example will do, but I’d also appreciate an example of how they would do this when the domestic enemy was someone in a position of authority in the military, executive, judicial, or legislative branches of government - the very people most likely to have the opportunity to commit treason AND the people that the military is supposed to leave all questions of eligibility up to (supposedly).

Tell me the route a military officer would follow.

If there is no legal route, then the officer’s oath is really a promise to break the law if necessary to preserve the Constitution. Right?

The next best option, if someone doesn’t or won’t sue Hawaii, is to write a book exposing their corruption. You’ve already accumulated plenty of material. Linda Bentley at the Daily Sonoran might be a good co-writer. She’s sent some information requests to Hawaii and has got the same runaround as you. I think she might even be one of the persons they hinted was one of the ‘vexatious requesters’ as they mentioned Arizona in the list of states where they were getting multiple requests.

Yes, but what it shows is that Obamas must have been transferred to microfiche also. So it doesn’t matter if the “paper” copy was destroyed. All the info is on the microfiche copy. They must have had the microfiche copy available in 2001 when all the records were transferred to electronic storage or else there would be no record in electronic storage of his BC in order to produce the COLB.

RINO Lingle knows full well that lying or misinforming during a radio interview can't get her into any perjury rap.

Furthermore, what she's saying has no value in any legal proceeding, since it is hearsay allegedly told her by her appointee.

I've always suspected that RINO Lingle has been in on the Obama BC cover-up from early on, and this new statement from her strengthens that suspicion.

I have always agreed that ALL original birth certs exist in some form. In a UIPA request last year, HDOH even admitted that the records are kept at a separate location and anyone with legitimate connection aka immediate family can go to this location and get copies of the requested “ORIGINAL” long form certs like the certs of the twins that E. Nordyke released to the Honolulu Advertiser. What is even more interesting is that I did a search for that article at H.A. and it has been scrubbed clean. No existence of it anywhere on the site. The only article pertaining to the Nordyke twins is one from 12/2008 where the twins refused interviews about their school years with Obama. If anyone saved a snap shot of it, I sure would like to see it again.

Oh, I completely agree with that. This was in response to the "report" from a British paper ( with nothing to back it up ) that the original paper copy was "destroyed in a fire". So even if that were true, I was showing that a full copy still exists in other media.
