That would not be a disqualification if his father was born a citizen of US under statute law, or went through the naturalization process. His father was never a citizen, so he cannot be a natural born citizen, even if he was born on the beach at the North Shore.
Let’s cut through all the junk and put it this way. Obama is probably NOT eligible to be POTUS. He was selectivly put there just like McCain was selectivly the Republican nominee. They used McCain(most likely with his knowledge)birth in case they had a problem with Obama.
Why these people continue to lie is beyond me including the governor of Hawaii? And there is no reason to not show Obama’s true, verified unaltered birth certificate.
